2. BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

• Non-Refundable Rate: All payments made for bookings under the non-refundable rate are final and cannot be refunded.
• Refundable Rate: Bookings made under the refundable rate are subject to a $250 non-refundable deposit.
• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, and ACH transfer.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellation Requests: Must be submitted via email to info@viebyvagari.com no later than 7 days before the reservation date.
• Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds will be issued for cancellations under this rate.
• Refundable Rate: Refunds are available, minus the $250 non-refundable deposit, provided the cancellation is made at least 7 days before the reservation date.

4. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
